Sonoran Sunrise....... 11/21/16

   First off, let me tell you all that Tucson, Arizona has to be one of my favorite cities and it is extremely underrated! I mean look at these spectacular views! I may be a little biased because it houses my alma mater, but none the less I love it there. On this particular early morning, friends and I gathered to watch the sunrise over Saguaro National Park. We climbed one of the many mountains to find a little rock house where we could take in all the breathtaking and clear views of the desert. These pictures were around 7 am and the crisp air was already extremely bright and blue, another one of my favorite things about the desert! My favorite part about this park is the thousands and thousands of cacti perfectly arranged atop all of the mountains. It looks like someone literally positioned each one equidistance away from each other!

   I chose to keep my look casual yet fun on this sunrise trek. I will wear a pair of overalls any day, so I like to keep a few different styles in my wardrobe arsenal. I love this culotte version though because they are right on trend but kept me nice and cool for the desert heat. In addition, the denim is the most supple and stretchy- even better when you're climbing a mountain! I paired them with my current favorite sneakers- my Adidas Stan Smith's which LITERALLY go with everything!!! I love that sneakers have become such a fashion piece making my life a whole lot easier and my feet a whole lot happier! I opted for a cute cream ruffle bodysuit under these overalls to bring out the girly-ness of the outfit against the more masculine pieces. This is definitely a look that does not need to be hidden under a rock or atop one ( LOL), it can easily be taken to the streets where the options are endless.
