Burgundy and other Fall Colors......... 10/12/16

Happy Wednesday to everyone out there! The weather is now in that mode where it is still hot in the day, but the nights are getting cold! I love being able to cozy up in a nice sweater while feeling the cold, crisp night air. But this post is all about how to dress appropriately for fall during the day while we still have those high temps! Burgundy is the color of fall this season, so everything I see, I want! This color is so rich and deep, that it works as a nice base to pair many other fall colors with! Case in point, is all the colors in this floral tie neck blouse. Just by looking at it, you can see the deep jewel tones of fall and how it as well has our fall burgundy color in it. But this skirt can be paired with cream, grey, or black on its own as well. Adding a chunky sweater and some over the knee boots would be a great look to pair with this skirt. Vice versa with the top, adding another solid skirt or black skinny jean would be an another winning combination. I love the velvet neck tie and ruffle details that are on this blouse. These added touches are what really make this top a winner for me! I love that the floral is a dark fall floral with those rich fall hues, like I mentioned above! Tie neck blouses are another hot ticket item for fall, but I have not seen many with a pattern on them, especially not one like this, which is why this shirt is also one of my top picks for fall, as seen in my previous post! A look as cute as this one can easily be finished with a simple black ankle boot like the one I am wearing or an over the knee one which is extremely on trend for the fall and winter season!
