My Day at the Fair....... 9/9/16

It's Friday finally! Bring on the weekend! Mine started a little early this week, beginning at the fair! Every year when the fair rolls into town, I can not wait to be there! I love the FOOD, (of course!), the rides, and the fun of it all. My favorite part is when it becomes dark and all the lights of the fair light up the night sky! What a sight! The darkness also brings a chill into the air, which is much needed after the scorching hot day. I got a little sunburnt as you can probably tell in some of these photos! Because of the heat, I decided to wear a breezy and gauzy peasant top. I love the embroidery detailing on this top and that it has a square neckline, which is a nicely added detail. I paired my favorite pair of denim shorts by Rag and Bone to this look to beat the heat in. I love this little leather fanny pack from Forever 21. It is such a style steal! It's only about $15! Can't beat that! What made it so perfect was that because of the heat, I didn't want to be lugging a purse or even a backpack around all day. The fanny pack was light enough to be comfortable all day long, and big enough to carry everything I needed for the day; money, phone, lip gloss, etc.  I topped, well bottomed, the whole look off with my suede chelsea boots which are effortlessly cool and comfortable to be in all day! I can't wait till next year when I can enjoy all the fun of the fair again!!!
