A Dogs Purpose..... 07/06/17
One of the greatest joys in my life thus far, was when I got my dog Ren. He has brought me unimaginable amounts of joy during the last 5 years we've been together. His unconditional love has had a great effect on me. He's made me feel a type of love I have never experienced. I know, I know, I sound like a “crazy” cat lady, or in my case dog lady, but it’s the truth! I call him my little angel baby because I love him like a baby and I think he is perfect, although I know he has flaws too. Boy when he starts barking his high- pitched bark; your ears can REALLY feel it.
I have always had a dog in my life and for that I am extremely grateful. I wholeheartedly believe that dogs were domesticated to become “pets” for a reason. They truly are mans (and when I say man, I mean any human… bc like feminism), best friend! Many women probably feel this type of love towards their children, but since I do not have any yet, my dog is my baby for now. My little big boy is sleeping peacefully next to me, wrapped up in my robe as I'm writing. Gosh he’s cute!
My parents are thinking of getting a new dog currently and I am driving to northern California with my friend next week to pick up her new puppy. My sister also recently got a dog, and within their 4 short months together, I can already see the love and mutual respect they have for one another. My life has always been filled with dogs because they make me so happy. You can’t help but fall in love with these innocent creatures. I know me writing a whole blog post about my little love Ren, and not talking about my outfit AT ALL, is quite out of character for me, but if you knew me IRL, me talking about Ren’s cuteness is like 80% of my day.
Thanks for letting me share!
P.s- He's not the best at taking photos, as seen above. Still love that little thang though!
Xoxo
