Museum of Ice Cream & a Whole Lotta Pink.... 08/4/17
The Museum of Ice Cream is an instagrammer/ bloggers dream. There are so many opportunities to take photos or boomerangs. As an avid lover of color, that is what really drew me in to the whole thing, I mean the building is cotton candy pink for pete’s sake! It may have also been the chance to dive into a pool full of rainbow sprinkles- my favorite ice cream topping of all!
Each room was differently themed throughout the museum, where I tried to take a picture in each to really show you guys. Gummy bears, popsicles, and bananas were just some of the subjects this museum had to offer. As far as my knowledge goes, this museum is sold out to October, which is when it is scheduled to close. But who knows, it may stay longer because of its LA popularity. Be sure to sign up for their ticket wait list if you are interested in going, that is how I was able to purchase mine a few months back!
Jumpsuits are really making a comeback in a big way. I am seeing them everywhere this summer, and lets just say that I have oodles building up in my shopping carts across various websites. I love them because they can be worn casual or dressy and are extremely versatile in ones wardrobe these days. Plus they are a complete look and outfit, which means less time getting ready! Score!
I chose to wear a comfy yet on trend outfit for my museum day! This champagne satin jumpsuit was a perfect pick for this hot day. It was light and breezy and kept me cool in the 90-degree weather. I added some crushed velvet mules in pink (of course), to bring some style and extra color to this museum of ice cream fun! I have practically bought all of my mules from Forever 21, these included, and they are always the most comfortable and stylish. If you are in the market for mules, don’t hesitate to check our their website for some great finds.
Going on little adventures like this is what makes me the happiest. I didn’t know what to expect really when going to this museum but it sounded fun and…… free ice cream. I’m looking into exploring more of my city this summer so stay tuned as my journey continues!
Thanks for stopping by my little loves!
Xoxo
